Do you ship worldwide?
-Yes, we ship worldwide! Orders are dispatched from our warehouses in the UK, Europe, and the USA to reach customers all over the globe.
We usually process and ship orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Estimated delivery times are:
Europe: 4–7 working days
Rest of the World: 5–10 working days
Express options are available in most regions for faster delivery. Please keep in mind that shipping times may vary during holidays or busy periods.
We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (with the hygiene seal intact, if applicable).
You’ll need to cover the return postage, as we don’t provide prepaid return labels.
We don’t offer exchanges, if you want a different item, simply return your order and place a new one.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund within 3 working days, and it may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact me right away so we can make it right.
If you’ve entered the wrong address, don’t panic, you have a 15-minute window after placing your order to update.
If your parcel is returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs, or the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
